Brauvin 18 acquired four quick lube service centers for a total price of $3,500,000. Three of the four properties are located in Savannah, GA and one is on Hilton Head Island, SC. The properties are leased to Team Car Care East, LLC (the “Tenant”), a sub-entity of Team Car Care, LLC, formerly known as Heartland Automotive Services, Inc. Brauvin has had a relationship with the tenant since 2007. Team Car Care is the largest Jiffy Lube operator in the country and has over 500 units.
