Brauvin 18 has recently completed its acquisition of 6 Chili’s restaurants for an aggregate acquisition price of $13,900,000 in two separate transactions.  The properties are leased on a triple net basis for a term of over 10 years and the leases are each guaranteed by Brinker International (NYSE: EAT).  Brinker is one of the world’s leading casual dining restaurant companies with more than 1,600 restaurants in twenty nine countries and two US territories. Brinker’s corporate family rating was recently upgraded by Moody’s in March 2022, and the Company currently carries a corporate family rating of Ba3.  The acquired properties are located in Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
