Brauvin has acquired an 8,800 square feet building leased to KinderCare Education, LLC  located in Corpus Christi, TX.  For $2,310,000.   KinderCare is the largest childcare operator in the United States (NYSE: KLC). KinderCare operates approximately 1,600 early childhood education centers and 1,150 before and after school sites, serving over 200,000 children across the U.S. In fiscal year 2025, the company generated $2.73 billion in revenue.  Corpus Christi is a coastal city in South Texas on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beaches, port, and tourism.  It has a population of about 320,000 and is a major hub for shipping and energy, with one of the largest ports in the U.S.
