Brauvin 18 has recently completed its acquisition of three Kindercare child care facilities for an aggregate acquisition price of $4,450,000.  The properties are leased on a double net basis for a term of over 14 years to KinderCare Education, LLC, the world’s largest private provider of early education and childcare with over 1,550 centers located in 39 states. KinderCare Education, LLC is the operating entity of KinderCare Learning Companies, Inc., who’s first lien term loan is rated ‘BB’ by Fitch Ratings.  The acquired properties are located in the greater Denver, CO market.
